  6. Surface Preparation: The aluminum foil’s surface undergoes specific treatments like extrusion and coating to enhance flatness, surface quality, anti-corrosion, and wear resistance.
  7. Further Flattening and Cutting: The foil is flattened, eliminating surface protrusions, and cut to customer specifications.
  8. Packaging and Delivery: The final aluminum foil undergoes strict quality inspection before being packaged and delivered.

Pure aluminum, obtained through these processes, is the primary component of aluminum foil. Aluminum, the 13th element on the periodic chart, undergoes refining and melting from ore to achieve purity.
